Paul Wareing
Founder & DirectorAfter completing a full five-year apprenticeship, Paul founded the business in 1990 and built its reputation for quality workmanship, reliability and excellent customer care.
In his spare time you will find him on the golf course.
Tracey Wareing
Co-owner, Office ManagerThe friendly voice at the end of the phone, managing the administration side of the business and ensuring the customers are well looked after.
In her spare time Treasurer of the Local Cricket club and just taken up the bat in softball cricket.
Matt Wareing
Plumber, Heating and Air Conditioning EngineerJoined the Company in 2012 and completed a 4 year Apprenticeship course whilst working alongside his father.
Matthew is now helping take the company forward, building on its strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and personal service.
Alongside specialising in gas heating and general plumbing, Matthew has expanded the company’s services by becoming fully qualified and registered in air conditioning installation and maintenance.
His spare time is taken up with the gym, cricket or golf.
Tom Stacey
ApprencticeJoined the Company in 2025 and is currently attending Colchester Institute 1 day a week and on-site learning with Paul and Matthew.
His spare time is taken up with football and the gym.
