“Matt came out to see if he could repair our boiler that had broken down which unfortunately despite changing fuses etc they were unable to do.
On agreement to replace the boiler Tracey managed to juggle existing jobs about so we didn't have to wait to long for the work to be done - which was done promptly on the date and time given, unfortunately the work couldn't be signed off as our gas pipes didn't meet current regulatory requirements - again this work was carried out promptly and professionally. The whole team were professional - with excellent communication skills which made me feel confident in the work they carried out I was regularly updated on the work and how it was progressing All work carried out with little disruption to us and left the house tidy and clean with no evidence of them being here apart from the greatly improved heating and hot water.”
